Geez, I followed your site instructions for a month of Plus, and it took my card, see that I was charged 12.99 and got the welcome to Plus..., but I cannot access a single USATF Championships Live coverage race or even recordings of past events. I remember now why I canceled my past account. This is terrible business practice and incredibly frustrating to potential customers.

I am trying to cancel my subscription. I only signed up to watch our grandsons run in the junior olympics in Kentucky. I'm being charged 12.99 month and cant figure out how to cancel it. I'm not sure how I set up the account. There must be a way to track down those charges or search my credentials using my name. My email is [email protected]. Please help.
