Mia Brahe-Pedersen was timed in 10.48 for the 100 yards en route to a winning time of 11.35 in the 100 meters and she earlier ran 23.01 seconds to win the 200 at the Oregon Relays on Friday, April 21. The long-standing national high school record for the 100 yards for girls was 10.60 by Benita Fitzgerald in 1979.
